Modular Paste Preparation Unit

Moduler malaxing is being formed by 3 to 8 sections related to the request. Every section has 0.7 m³ volume. The olive crushed in the crushing machine is distributed with the help of spiral to the requested section in the from of paste. 

Olive paste is heated by water 35- 38 °C circulation inside of water jackets around the sections and by means of mixing spiral becomes homogenous. It reaches decomposition density within 20- 30 minutes. This process is necessary for increasing productivity of oil.

Homogenous olive paste is transmitted to paste pump by means of collection spiral beneath the hopper. Water jackets, including water at 35- 38 °C required for the paste to reach its desired viscosity and all the surfaces olive paste contacts are completely manufactured with AISI 304 quality inox material appropriate to the food instructions.
