Polat Makina made a hit with the Chinese investors with its S530 decanter. Polat Makina prevailed in Turkish market made a breakthrough in 2018 and realized its purpose to enter into Far East market. Maurizio Galati, Global Sales Coordinator of Polat Makina who stated that their attempt in Far East will bring success said that: “Polat Group preferred to expand its operation field in China. We starting to take the first steps of this big nation. A S530 model decanter was sold to YUHAI company, which is a major food group in the southwest of China.”

Underlying that decanter has been used in different fields and for different purposes in China, Galati said that: “YIHAI produces a kind of hot pot by which multiple-spicy and liquid-spicy and solid spicy products are obtained which might be sold in Hot Pot service restaurants. Our Polat Makina decanter operates with a high performance to process this spicy hot pot for 10 tones/hours and a bobbin is placed on the internal part which contains 20% less fat and the customer is very satisfied about it.

Galati who assessed the future of the Polat Makina in China market expressed that: “Customers prefer us because we have strong relations in the market and various contacts in the country for the decanter applications. YIHAI is our first success in China market and the demands are very positive. I am very pleased to say that I believe to have a significant role in China market in the future. For now, we have been placed a decanter order to be evaluated in two different production facility. We aim to include sales channel into our service network Kanton, Nankin, Urumçi starting with Shanghai. We will have much more effective role in this market with different products and applications in each field. We aim to spread decanter applications of Polat Makina in each field in WWT, HotPot, milk, beer and fruit juice industries.”
