Polat Makina is gaining more power!

Polat Makina which continues its journey started in a small atelier in 1978 in an area for 80 thousand of decares by realization export into approximately 40 countries has become a brand prevailing in the sector by manufacturing world-class machinery.

Polat Makina which is gaining more power in each day maintains its growth which it has supported with its R&D studies in line with the technological developments and customer demands. Stating that they have adopted realizing production in the amount budgeted annually and contributing to the customer satisfaction through delivery on time as their primary targets, Engin Aydinoglu, Production Group Director says that: “Polat Makina integrating technology with production, especially the production development process has brought a great success in the quality-cost-process optimization of a product.”

Telling that they aim to provide rapid production, rapid prototype production and high sensitivity production, Aydinoglu says that: “Our firm which has integrated production technologies and management technologies and obtained a successful application system aims to minimize the processes required to be conducted for the production of a product by transforming computer-integrated manufacturing (CIM), production hardware and software, production process and production information systems into an effective information network.”

Polat Makina which has integrated CAD/CAM, mechatronics and laser technologies with production by means of its expert team consisting of engineers and technicians is restructuring the education and applications of production management technologies such as customer-oriented manufacturing, material supply chain, production and supply on time, strategical cooperations; organization and management of manufacturing.

Stating that: “Adopting the use of national resources in line with the public and national interests and within the framework of scientific rules as principle, Polat Makina continues its studies to integrate the infrastructure and automation system required for the transition into Industry 4.0 with the production with a great pace. “Industry 4.0 which we might call as the final destination in economical production models is of vital importance for Turkey in the world competition.” Aydinoglu explains the process that: “We have made some changes in our methods to handle the processes. We plan the steps to be taken in order to reconstruct the process with our operation team and design ‘smart factory vision’. On the other hand, we review the developments and the impacts on the process in this sense with our R&D team.”

Expressing that Industry 4.0 will break the routine and expand the horizons of factories, employees and employers, Aydinoglu says that: “Investing in technology is a crucial requirement to be made in order to have capacity to compete in an aspect for which the world started to compete 20 years ago.”
