The aim of dewatering and purification is to enable valuable raw material within the waste waters or production waters caused in municipalities and industrial application areas to be recycled and to enable waste sludges to be disposed in economical ways without causing any harm on the environment.

Return of sentrant which has gone out from the decanter operating unproductively bears the need for high ventilation. And it increases the energy cost of the facility. Obtaining much drier sludge cake decreases sludge disposal costs in considerable level. It has a significant impact on shipment, waste water disposal, storage and drying costs.

Therefore, the most important aim in dewatering is to decrease the volume of purification sludge as much as possible. Because a slight increase in solid material percentage bears a serious profit in solid material disposal. Apart from such profits, realizing an effective dewatering is of vital importance for a sustainable growth.

Intensification Decanter
The decanter is used for the intensification process of sludge in this application. Sludge volume for the following operation is reduced by 90% and tanks of the facility is ensured to be used effectively. Centrifuge intensificators are used for both intensify and dewater the sludge.

Dewatering Decanter
Solid materials separated are transferred to the solid output through the barrel and conical part with spiral carrier. Solid materials are stressed in the conical part and dewatering rate is increased.

Installation and labor costs of the decanters are low. They are advantageous in terms of hygiene and odor since they are closed systems. They have a very low infection risk.
